You are buying from the seller named at the bottom of every page, together with its registration number, address, phone number and email.
After you pay, you'll get an order confirmation and a receipt you can view, print and save from the link in that email. Before you pay, you can review and change everything in your bag and at checkout, including the delivery details and the total.
All prices are in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and include any taxes that apply. The delivery fee and the total are shown before you pay. We accept MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash and AT Money. When the store has turned card payments on, we also accept Visa and Mastercard on a secure payment page.
We hold your items while you pay. If payment doesn't arrive within the time shown at checkout (usually 30 minutes), we release the order and no money is taken. If a payment reaches us after that, we either restore your order or refund you in full within 7 days.
Delivery times are shown at checkout. Greater Accra orders placed before 2pm usually arrive the next working day, and other regions take 2–5 working days. If we can't deliver within 14 days, or an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll tell you straight away and refund you within 7 days.
You can cancel your purchase for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under Ghana's Electronic Transactions Act, 2008.
Size and colour exchanges are free within the same 14 days, as long as we have the item in stock.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you notice. We'll replace it or give you a full refund, and we'll pay the return cost. This is in addition to your right to cancel.
Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup in Accra or give you a drop-off point.
Contact us first through the contact page, WhatsApp or email, and we'll reply within 2 working days. If we can't settle it together, you may take the matter to the relevant authorities or courts in Ghana.
We show exact measurements and true-to-life photos, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.
How we use your information is explained in our Privacy policy.
