You can cancel any order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, and get a full refund. Return the items unused; you only pay the cost of sending them back. Faulty or wrong items are always free to return.
How do I start a return?
Go to Track order or message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will arrange a pickup in Accra or share a drop-off point.
When will I get my refund?
We send the refund within 7 days of receiving the items. It goes back to the Mobile Money wallet or card you paid with, and usually arrives 3–10 working days later.
